Employment Opportunity - Senior Producer (Contract Role June 2026-May 2027) (LONDON)

DoBeDo Represents is looking for freelance print and motion producer for the period of June 2026 – May 2027, with experience in fashion production, to work alongside our full-time team of producers and agents. 

This position would be based in our London office. 

Candidate should be meticulously detail orientated, collaborative, calm under pressure, and possess an understanding of wider production contexts. Candidate should have exceptional written and spoken communication skills and be solution-seeking.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 

  • Support DBDR agents and production team on photoshoot management, vendor and team communications, crew options, budgeting, billing/wrapping, including on-set and occasionally involving travel, to final project delivery: respecting best industry practices from an experienced and mature stance.
  • Manage and reconcile budgets for stills and motion projects, with an awareness to cost efficiencies, whilst respecting protocols, schedules, and standards that the company sets forth.
  • Manage post-production, scheduling, and final project delivery by coordinating briefs, treatments, timelines, and deliverables with fast paced communication.
  • Support agents in managing artist’s schedules and travel, occasionally supporting on contract negotiation and reviews.
  • Candidate should maintain solid working knowledge of industry standards, regulations and best practices.
  • Tactfully manage and develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with artists, vendors and clients.

     

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
 

  • Minimum 5+ years production experience, ideally at a fashion photography agency.
  • Candidate should possess knowledge of the photography and film world, as well as possess an existing network of contacts within the industry.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organisation and time management skills with ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects.
  • Candidate should possess strong time management and organisational skills, strong interpersonal skills, and exceptional communication skills.
  • Proactive and reliable with a heartfelt and genuine interest in supporting artists and overall positive attitude and calm
  • Proficient in Excel, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Word, and a grasp of expense management software.
  • Comfortable working independently ,as well as adapting to new systems and team dynamics.
  • Additional foreign language skills a plus.
