STUDIO MANAGER - DOBEDO REPRESENTS LTD (LONDON, UK)
DoBeDo Represents is looking for full-time Studio Manager for our London studio with minimum 1-3 years experience. Responsibilities include fully managing and supporting the UK studio team and remotely support US studio needs. Proactive and reliable Studio Manager with a heartfelt and genuine interest in supporting artists and the DoBeDo team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Daily oversight on organisation and upkeep of office and needs, including presentation of office, organisation of office equipment, magazine and book archive.
- Fully manage and support UK office team and remotely support US office needs.
- Artists Visas - Work with immigration counsel on collecting and organizing supporting documents for artists’ visas.
- Agency Contacts - Organise and update all company contacts in conjunction with database.
- Client Research - Collaborate with agents on researching suitable clients per artist and updating contacts at each brand.
- Assist agents in artist development.
- Mentorship Program - Liaising with DoBeDo Projects on the organisation and management of the DoBeDo Mentorship Program.
- Accounting - Reconcile all company related charges.
- Production - Support with production related matters.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-3+ years experience managing an office and professional environment.
- Proficient in Lightroom, Photoshop, InDesign, Excel, Adobe.
- Background in the arts, and interest in the fashion and photography industry movements and trends.
- Enthusiasm in developing skills and expanding their role.
- Strong organizational skills, strong interpersonal skills, exceptional verbal communication and written skills.
- Proactive and reliable with a heartfelt and genuine interest in supporting artists and the DoBeDo team.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst working under pressured deadlines.
- Detail-oriented and can adapt to changing and shifting requirements quickly.
- Comfortable working independently and to self-teach.
- Additional foreign language skills a plus.
